Music Festival, which was held on Balboa Street, between 35th and 38th avenues,
on Aug. 4. The festival featured music, arts and crafts, youth activities
and more. It was sponsored by the Balboa Village Merchants and Richmond

It was a sunny day for the festival, with many local residents strolling along Balboa, meeting
friends and learning more about community projects and events. 

Attending the festival were two members of the SF Housing Rights Committee, Joseph Smooke and Joy Lee (right), who were handing out housing information.
