The University of California, San Francisco’s (UCSF) dental students, faculty and staff will be hosting the university’s annual Give Kids A Smile Day on Saturday, Feb. 9. 

Children ages 3-17 will receive free dental screenings, sealants, fluoride treatments, “goodie bags” and games, with balloon animals and more. Participants are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite “Super Mario” character. 

The event is free to the public and appointments are not necessary; just drop by the Dental Center, located at 707 Parnassus Ave., between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. For more information, call (415) 476-1891 (option 3).
