Harassment: 2000 Block of Ulloa Street, Sept. 23, 3 p.m.

The victim entered Taraval Station to report an incident which occurred after she had finished jogging and was approaching her house. 

The suspect, who had double parked in front of the victim’s home, approached her and made inappropriate comments about the victim’s appearance and demanded the victim’s contact information despite the victim’s multiple refusals. 

The suspect then made lewd gestures in the victim’s presence before the victim entered a neighbor’s house. The suspect then left the area. 

Assault with a Knife: 4100 Block of Judah Street, Sept. 24, 10:39 a.m.

The victim reported that the suspect, her 16-year-old son, had been smoking marijuana earlier that morning and moved his bed to block the window. 

The victim told the suspect to move the bed back, but the suspect responded angrily and yelled at the victim before punching the victim several times. The suspect broke the victim’s TV and her laptop before the victim was able to call the police. 

Before officers arrived, the suspect threatened the victim with a knife while demanding to see the victim’s call log. Responding officers arrived at the location and the suspect, who was still holding the knife, advanced towards them.  

The suspect then stated that he wanted the officers to shoot him so his mother could watch it happen. The officers disarmed the suspect with a bean bag round and arrested him. 

Robbery: Judah Street and 45th Avenue, Sept. 26, 11:43 p.m.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. 

The victim reported that he had just exited a store and was on a video call with a friend when the suspect suddenly approached him and accused the victim of filming him. 

The suspect then punched the victim several times before stealing the victim’s backpack. The suspect then fled the area with the victim’s property.

The suspect is still at large. 

Brandishing a Weapon: Sunset Boulevard and Lawton Street, Sept. 29, 12:24 p.m.

The victim, a Muni bus driver, stated that the suspect and another person had been arguing loudly on the bus. The victim stopped the bus and told the suspect to get off. 

As the suspect was exiting the bus, he deliberately exposed his posterior to the victim before brandishing a box cutter at the victim.

The suspect is still at large.  

Assault: Great Highway and Lawton Street, Oct. 8, 7:05 p.m.

The victim reported that he had been walking while talking on his cell phone when the suspect came up from behind him. 

The suspect suddenly hit the victim several times in the head, neck and chest area, which caused injuries and bleeding. 

The suspect then immediately fled the area. It was later determined that the suspect had stabbed the victim with an unknown object. 

Battery: Sunset Boulevard and Noriega Street, Oct. 10, 12:27 p.m.

Officers responded to a report of a battery against a Muni driver. 

The victim reported that he had stopped the bus when the suspect started hitting the vehicle’s door to get on board. 

When the doors did not open, the victim forcibly pried the door open and boarded the bus. The victim attempted to exit the bus, but the suspect pushed the door closed and injured the victim’s legs.

The suspect is still at large.  

Battery: 1300 Block of Irving Street, Oct. 13, 3:27 a.m.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. 

The victim reported that she had rented out a bedroom to the suspect and had confronted the suspect about his daily smoking. 

The suspect responded by pushing the victim’s walker, almost causing her to fall, before the suspect walked away from the victim. 

The suspect is still at large.

Assault: 3500 Block of Taraval Street, Oct. 13, 8:20 a.m.

Officers responded to a report of an assault and made contact with the victim, who was at a hospital. 

The victim stated that he had been house sitting with the suspect, a friend, when the suspect began to take clothes from the house. 

The victim confronted the suspect, and the suspect responded by hitting the victim’s arm with a hammer, causing injur–ies. Then the suspect immediately fled the area.  

Burglary: Zoo Road, Oct. 14, 9 a.m.

Officers responded to the report of an animal, a ring-tailed lemur, that was suspiciously missing from his home inside the San Francisco Zoo and Gardens. 

The witness stated that Maki, the lemur, was last seen inside his enclosure the previous evening. 

Maki was later found and returned to the zoo unharmed.
