The Planning Association for the Richmond (PAR) will hold our winter general meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 7 p.m. via Zoom. PAR’s winter meeting will feature a discussion on the school board recall: 

• A representative from the campaign for the recall 
• A representative from the campaign against the recall
