Northbound traffic using Crossover Drive was backed up from Park Presidio Bypass down to Lincoln Way on Monday morning due to a flooded roadway.
Flooding during the Monday morning commute forced the closure of Park Presidio Bypass for northbound traffic.
Northbound traffic through Golden Gate Park was diverted away from Park Presidio Bypass onto Crossover Drive Monday morning due to flooding.
Workers for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission used a Vac-Con truck to vacuum out debris and clear the sewer lines at the intersection of Crossover Drive and Park Presidio Bypass Monday morning.
Yet another reason why the Great Highway should remain open to vehicles 24/7 rather than trying to turn it into a playground for a relatively small group of people.
