Second life for Second Bite
Destination unknown
For its permanent home
It may have double the monitors added
To split the exhibit into two
One for a niche, the other for the general public
It may be parceled out
To each receiver who joins in on Zoom
For a collective reuniting of all the monitors
10 years it has been shown
Each time adding new photos of women
Fictional, non-fictional, familial, occupational
2 years it has shown at the Internet Archive
With prayers murmuring in the background
At this former church site
I look forward to seeing Second Bite again
In whatever form it evolves into
At wherever venue is its permanent home

This poem was written for my dear friends, Larry and Adele, who have put their hearts into
creating and showing this Second Bite exhibit.
