Burglary, Forcible Entry: 5300 Block of Geary Boulevard, June 26, 3:21 p.m.
Officers responded to a burglary in progress.
The officers observed suspects entering their vehicle, then attempted a felony stop.
The suspect vehicle and patrol car collided into each other. Two suspects exited their vehicle and officers began a foot pursuit.
A third suspect reversed the vehicle down the street, then abandoned the vehicle and ran.
All the suspects were lost in the area along with additional suspect vehicles.
The abandoned suspect vehicle had loaded Glock 27 firearm with extended magazine on driver’s seat along with full cigarette cartoons stolen from the store. Also located was an abandoned hoodie and mask from one of the suspects.
Video footage showed seven suspects looting the store of cigarette cartons after ramming the gate five times. One of the four suspect vehicles gained entry.
The store was severally damaged. No injuries were reported.
Robbery With Gun: 700 Block of Arguello Boulevard, June 9, 6:32 p.m.
Five suspects entered a supermarket and headed to the liquor isle. An employee asked if they needed help. One of the suspects said they were “all good” and lifted his shirt showing a black handgun in his waistband.
The suspects then stole 26 bottles of liquor with a value of $1,628 and left the market.
No injuries were reported.
Shooting With Injury, Aggravated Assault With Gun: 2400 Block of Geary Boulevard, July 2, 11:33 p.m.
A victim arrived at a hospital emergency room with a gunshot wound. The victim was extremely uncooperative and refused to answer questions.
Northern Station units located a crime scene on the 1300 block of Sutter Street with casings and blood found, along with video showing the victim and two others standing while a shooter walked up and fired at the three subjects then fled.
