Outer Balboa Street was alive with the sights and sounds of the holiday season at the Richmond District Lunar New Year Good Luck Parade on Saturday, Jan. 18. Thousands of participants and spectators filled Balboa Street between 35th and 39th avenues from 3:30 to 8 p.m. The parade and night market was organized by the Richmond Neighborhood Center.
