Aggravated Assault With Knife: 3900 Block of Geary Boulevard, Oct. 23, 2025, 2 a.m.
Richmond Station officers responded to a bar regarding a stabbing. The officers located four stabbing victims outside of the bar. Multiple medics were called to the scene.
Witnesses said a fight broke out inside the bar between several individuals. A suspect was seen slashing and stabbing several patrons with a knife.
All the victims were treated at the scene or transported to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. All the victims were in stable condition.
Minor Inside On-Sale Licensed Premise, Resisting Arrest, Displaying Imitation Firearm: 3900 Block of Geary Boulevard, Nov. 20, 2025, 11 p.m.
Due to the Oct. 23, 2025, assault and reports of underage drinking at a Richmond District bar, Richmond Station officers conducted a bar and club permit enforcement operation in the area.
Plainclothes and uniformed officers arrived at the Geary Boulevard bar. As the plainclothes officers approached, they observed numerous patrons congregating outside the rear door on the Fourth Street side of the bar, as well as several people standing outside the front door on the Geary Boulevard side.
A quick survey of the crowd revealed the presence of numerous people who appeared to be under 21 years of age.
Two plainclothes officers walked into the front entrance of the bar. There were no guards or employees at the door to check patrons’ identifications. An employee was later observed walking to the front door and began checking IDs of people entering the bar.
Two other plainclothes officers, with their department-issued stars displayed conspicuously, approached the front door and notified the doorman that they were conducting a bar inspection.
Two uniformed officers stood by the rear door. Several patrons, who appeared to be under the age of 21, were detained and an ID check was conducted. These patrons were discovered to be 18-19 years of age and were cited for being a minor inside an on-sale premise, then released
Another patron detained for appearing to be under the age of 21, attempted to flee on foot. The subject fell to the ground as he attempted to flee and while being placed into handcuffs, a firearm fell from his waistband. An officer seized it and discovered it was an imitation firearm.
The subject was later booked at County Jail due to the fact that he could not produce any form of government identification.
The doorman was also cited for allowing minors onto the premises. The department’s Alcohol Liaison Unit was also notified.
Selling, Transporting or Administering Narcotics, Carrying a Loaded Firearm, a Felon in Possession of a Firearm: Mint and Mission Streets, Dec. 18, 2025.
In August 2025, members assigned to the San Francisco Honda Unit (using trail motorcycles) began investigating 49-year-old Haleem Williams for selling suspected MDMA/Ecstasy. The investigation began after park rangers informed officers that Williams was selling narcotics during a musical festival in Golden Gate Park.
On Dec. 4 and Dec.12, 2025, members of the Honda Unit conducted two buy bust operations in which Williams sold suspected narcotics.
On Dec. 18, 2025, officers arranged another narcotics transaction in which Williams was observed selling $1,500 worth of suspected MDMA pills. Officers immediately arrested Williams without incident near the area of Mint and Mission streets.
During the arrest, officers located and seized a backpack containing suspected narcotics and items used for the sale of narcotics. Officers also located car keys on Williams’s person. Officers searched Williams’s vehicle for additional narcotics, and during the search, officers located and seized a loaded ghost gun.
Officers seized 193.5 grams of suspected MDMA pills.
