An elderly victim was walking when the suspect vehicle stopped in front of the victim. Two suspects inside the vehicle started speaking to the victim and grabbed her arms.
The suspect removed the victim’s necklace from her neck before driving away.
Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia: 1400 Block of Taraval Street, Dec. 4, 2025, 11:36 p.m.
When officers responded to a trespassing incident, they discovered the subject was in possession of narcotics paraphernalia.
The subject was arrested.
Vandalism: 1700 Block of 35th Avenue, Dec. 7, 2025, 10:54 a.m.
The suspect vandalized his roommate’s vehicle. The suspect later turned himself in at Taraval Station.
The suspect was arrested.
Terrorist Threats, Battery: Lincoln Way and Second Avenue, Dec. 9, 2025, 10:45 p.m.
Park Station officers responded to a report of an assault.
The victim said she was walking her dog when the suspect approached her, attempted to hit her dog then grabbed the victim’s neck. The victim ran toward her vehicle for safety, but the suspect followed her and threatened to kill her.
The victim was running away from the scene when an Uber driver stopped and intervened.
Officers canvassed the area for the suspect and located them at Judah Street and Fifth Avenue.
A cold show confirmed the suspect was involved in the incident.
Officers arrested the suspect.
Aggravated Assault With Other Weapon: 1800 Block of Irving Street, Dec. 11, 2025, 2:25 p.m.
The victim and the suspect got into an argument earlier in the day. The suspect left and returned several hours later.
The victim was smoking outside, and the suspect used a metal object and hit the victim on the side of the head before fleeing the scene.
The victim sustained a cut to her forehead.
Suspended Driver’s License: 16th Avenue and Irving Street, Dec. 12, 2025, 8:23 a.m.
An officer was conducting traffic enforcement when they observed a vehicle disobeying a posted sign.
The officer conducted a traffic stop, and a computer check on the driver revealed that he had his license suspended.
The driver was cited and his vehicle towed.
Trespassing: 2200 Block of 24th Avenue, Dec. 15, 8:35 p.m.
The victim heard banging on his metal gate. The victim looked out and saw the suspect yanking at his gate.
The victim then heard banging on the front door. The victim told the suspect that he was going to call the police. The suspect told the victim that he was a neighbor.
Officers arrived on the scene, and the suspect had already left the scene.
Shooting: Great Highway and Irving Street, Dec. 15, 2025, 12:29 a.m.
The victim told officers that he was parked when he heard a loud bang and something hitting his vehicle.
The victim got out and looked at his vehicle and saw a bullet hole in the door and a vehicle driving away.
Trespassing, Resisting Arrest: 2300 Block of Noriega Street, Dec. 16, 2025, 10:52 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of a known suspect trespassing in a business throwing merchandise around and refusing to leave.
Arriving officers attempted to escort the suspect out of the business, but the suspect refused and resisted. Officers deployed their pepper spray.
Additional officers arrived and were able to control the suspect.
The suspect was cited.
Battery: 2300 Block of Noriega Street, Dec. 20, 2025, 3:14 p.m.
The victim told officers that the suspect was in an argument with someone else.
The suspect suddenly pushed a shopping cart at his vehicle, making contact. The victim confronted the suspect, and the suspect started hitting him.
The suspect left the scene.
Battery, Brandishing a Weapon: 1900 Block of 30th Avenue, Dec. 20, 2025, 12:01 p.m.
The victim told officers the suspect, a sibling, took a sledgehammer and held it as if he was going to hit him. The victim put the hammer down and punched the victim then left the scene.
Stunt Driving, Arson of a Vehicle: 48th Avenue and Kirkham Street, Dec. 27, 2025, 4:49 a.m.
Numerous officers responded to a report of a stunt driving incident.
Officers detained a vehicle and a suspect.
It was later learned that the detained vehicle was involved in arson and brandishing during a sideshow incident in which a suspect set fire to a U-Haul.
Officers observed a firearm on the rear floorboard in plain view, which was later determined to be a realistic replica BB firearm.
Following further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Aggravated Assault With Gun, Possession of a Firearm by Prohibited Person; Dec. 27, 2025, 8:20 p.m.
Officers responded to UCSF Parnassus Hospital regarding a person who walked into the hospital seeking treatment for a gunshot wound.
Officers contacted the suspect who stated she was the girlfriend of the victim who had been shot.
The couple was uncooperative during the investigation and refused to answer questions.
The victim stated the shooting occurred somewhere in San Francisco, on a sidewalk of an unknown street, when she heard a bang and fell to the ground.
Officers determined the couple arrived in a white Lincoln MKC, which was parked at the emergency entrance ambulance bay. Officers secured the scene and the vehicle.
The victim’s mother and the registered owner of the Lincoln later arrived at the hospital and was interviewed by officers.
Officers learned the suspect had a firearm in the Lincoln that belonged to her grandfather.
The mother gave officers permission to search the Lincoln.
Blood was located inside the car, and a firearm was found in the back seat.
Officers seized the firearm and arrested the suspect.
