Commissioner Chan expressed support in the long term for Concept Two, which features a promenade and two-way roadway, and in the short term, a timed promenade which would open the Great Highway to cars on weekdays and closed to cars as a promenade on weekends.
Russell Kyle was born in Los Angeles, CA. He passed away in SF of natural causes. He is survived by his daughter Emily Kyle, two sisters Diane Kyle Gors and Lori Kyle Fields, lifelong brother Mitchell Miller, and many friends he considered family.
I strongly believe that the Upper Great Highway should immediately be opened fully and that there should be no two-year pilot study.
