Letter to the Editor: Problems With Approval Process for Extra GG Park Concert

Since the first concert isn’t projected to take place until after the 2024 Outside Lands, what’s the hurry?  Why not put off the vote for a month and follow up on some of the concerns raised?  People who depend on the Polo Fields cycling track for exercise and relaxation are locked out for 4-5 weeks if the post-Outside Lands concert is approved.

Shriver to establish a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), is excited to announce the Best Buddies Friendship Walk: San Francisco in Golden Gate Park.

Elementary students from Sunset and Richmond district schools, including Francis Scott Key Elementary, Robert Louis Stevenson Elementary, and Claire Lilienthal Elementary and their family members were among the 8,000 visitors treated to a free family night at the California Academy of Sciences, thanks to the museum’s Rock Fund Program which underwrites access for all San Francisco’s school kids through field trips and other activities.
