We’re at a critical moment, and we can’t afford more mismanagement. With your vote, I’ll bring fiscal discipline, a focus on student achievement, and a commitment to better serve our diverse communities.

I am a candidate for the SFUSD Board of Education
When I started my campaign three months ago, I was told that the school board race is down ballot and not many people will care or take the time to vote. I believe that this would be a mistake; the school board election this November is critical, and we cannot afford to get it wrong.
We have elections, people elected these three members and now we have a group of millionaires funding this recall. Just like the money the State wasted on a recall of Gov. Gavin Newsom by another group of Republican millionaires.
The truth is that this recall is being driven not by public school parents, but by big money interests that want to steal our democracy.
The San Francisco Unified School District’s (SFUSD) Board of Education will appeal a San Francisco Superior Court ruling regarding the way the Board decided to cover murals at George Washington High School was illegal.
We choose public schools for our children because we believe that free access to education creates a diverse environment where students from different ethnicities and social and economic backgrounds can meet and enrich each other.
