I want to sincerely thank Supervisor Joel Engardio for his correct and courageous decision in supporting the transformation of the Great Highway. Even in the face of opposition and political risk, he stood by what he knew was right for safety, livability and the long-term future of San Francisco.

Manga has a rich past, a phenomenal present and perhaps, a transformative future. The Fine Arts Museums of San Franciso recognize the current zeitgeist by presenting the “Art of Manga,” the largest manga exhibition ever staged in North America.
We look forward to working with Mayor Daniel Lurie and the Board to assure that new zoning will be equitable and effective. We urge a careful reconsideration of the “Family Zoning Plan.”

But ask longtime neighbors where they actually ate breakfast with their parents, or dragged visiting cousins before going to the Zoo, and one name comes up with the affection of an old drinking buddy: Seal Rock Inn Restaurant.
When people’s lives are made more difficult they get upset. When a parent sees their child is not getting access to classes they need, attend schools across the City but then the roads are closed and they are dismissed with, “Hey, ride a bike, take Muni, walk!” they become frustrated.
