I was dismayed to read Mr. Kopp’s diatribe against Kamala Harris. It reeks of professional jealousy by someone who couldn’t win election as San Francisco mayor in 1979, let alone senator or vice president.
He accuses Harris of multiple ethical and legal violations in her ascent to higher office. Although some of those charges might be true, he is missing the bigger picture, which is to elect a Democratic president this November and save our democracy.
Apparently he considers it more important to vent his anger against someone who has 10 times his political talent, thus giving fuel to Republicans who are searching for any dirt they can find against Harris, rather than considering the good of the country.
And by the way, if you read his bio in Wikipedia, you’ll find that his record is clouded by his own unethical and illegal practices.

Indeed Max. People in glass houses should not throw stones.
However, jealousy is as jealousy does. Kopp appears more worried about the “possible” ethics of Kamala getting an extra salary of $100,000 when Trump
… gets paid a billion dollars by the Saudi’s for a “golf course”
… has another middle eastern sheik-run nation pay for multiple floors of DC hotel during his presidency
… sells citizenships to Chinese “investors” while having a bank account in China
… and is currently running an fraud/bribery scheme with Truth Social.
… selling (or making available to foreign spies) classified documents
And that is a short list, despite the Emoluments Clause of U.S. Constituion
Get a perspective Mr. Kopp. Stop comparing Jay-walking to treason, fraud, and extortion.

Don’t forget the 10M from Egypt’s Sisi, the probe of which was quietly scuttled by AG Barr in the very earliest days.
Agreed, if Harris had 1/1000th of Trump’s history of malefaction she’d already be jailed. I just hope and pray she doesn’t make the mistake of stumping for London Breed in the weeks ahead.
