Why Now is the Best Time to Sell in the Richmond & Sunset Districts

I’d like to take this moment to interrupt your daily routine and let you know the Richmond and Sunset Districts have an insane shortage of available homes for sale. If you are even remotely considering selling your home, or know somebody who might, you absolutely should do it now.

Currently in the Richmond there are ONLY 16 PROPERTIES FOR SALE! Of those, only five are single family homes!

Currently in the Sunset District there are ONLY 17 PROPERTIES FOR SALE! Most of those are single family homes.

[UPDATE: I wrote this post yesterday the 22nd, and then found out 1531 41st Ave received 18 offers. That means there are at least 17 really motivated buyers looking for a home just like the one you’re holding onto! Expect the dust to settle soon and that and hit me up if you want more details.]

The buyers are out there in droves. If a property hasn’t sold, it’s priced wrong.
