By San Francisco Richmond ReView on October 25, 2024 • ( 3 Comments )

If you do not feel that the Richmond is better off today, then I urge my neighbors to join me in supporting Marjan Philhour for supervisor.

By San Francisco Richmond ReView on October 25, 2024 • ( Leave a comment )

We’re at a critical moment, and we can’t afford more mismanagement. With your vote, I’ll bring fiscal discipline, a focus on student achievement, and a commitment to better serve our diverse communities.

Commentary: Jen Nossokoff

By San Francisco Richmond ReView on October 25, 2024 • ( Leave a comment )

Running stop signs has become so common in the Richmond that it’s almost accepted as part of daily life. But this is a problem we can no longer afford to ignore.

Letter to the Editor: SFSU Should Not Be Cutting Back Programs

By San Francisco Richmond ReView on October 24, 2024 • ( 3 Comments )

San Francisco State University (SFSU) is essentially shutting down its first- and second-year writing program. We should all be outraged – and we should demand better.

Letter to the Editor: No Reason to Vote for Trump

By San Francisco Richmond ReView on October 24, 2024 • ( Leave a comment )

There is no reason to vote for this man that is based on reality, facts, or reason. It is pure tribalism, us versus them, our team is better than your team.

Letter to the Editor: Philhour Is Breed’s ‘Rubber Stamp’

By San Francisco Richmond ReView on October 24, 2024 • ( 2 Comments )

Marjan Philhour and her husband have both worked for London Breed and Marjan will be nothing but a rubber stamp for what Breed wants, if either of them get elected.

Letter to the Editor: In Support of Marjan Philhour

By San Francisco Richmond ReView on October 23, 2024 • ( 1 Comment )

August’s DNC has many of us in SF hopeful for the direction of our country – with a prevailing sentiment that we’re all in this together and as one unified nation, we deserve a leader who supports the people first.

Letter to the Editor: Vote for Connie Chan

Marjan Philhour is running for the third time and has been endorsed by Together SF. Most people are not aware that Together SF urges the repeal of rent control and district elections.

Letter to the Editor: Philhour Equivocates on Rent Control and Prop. 33

By San Francisco Richmond ReView on October 21, 2024 • ( Leave a comment )

Notice that Marjan Philhour misses the point when she castigates the legit criticism that she is accepting money from real estate moguls who want to end rent control.

Letter to the Editor: In Favor of More Car-Free Spaces

By San Francisco Richmond ReView on October 16, 2024 • ( 12 Comments )

I learned that if Prop. K doesn’t pass, the pilot program that allowed it to be a park on the weekends will expire, meaning it would go back to just being a road. That made me realize the stakes, because losing the Great Highway Park would be a massive loss for the community.

Letter to the Editor: Response to Engardio’s Column

By Sunset Beacon on October 14, 2024 • ( 6 Comments )

Voting Yes on Prop K will NOT create a park on the Upper Great Highway between Lincoln and Sloat. It will not be good for the environment, give people of all ages better access to the coast or bring new customers to our small businesses.
