Police Seek Clues in Outer Sunset Homicide
On Sept. 18, at approximately 8:53 p.m., neighbors heard shots ring out; shots that killed a 20-year-old man, whom the SF Medical Examiner later identified as Ryan Sacdalan. Police are diligently seeking evidence to determine what happened that fateful night, but they have little to go on at this point.
Home-grown rapper to release new album
Richmond District native Kyle Shin is eagerly anticipating the release of his latest collection of songs in February. To the world outside of Shin’s neighborhood at 39th Avenue and Balboa Street, he is known as “Son of Paper.”

Lower Great Highway safety plan moves forward
The SF Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) held an open house on Sept. 12 at the Sunset Cooperative Nursery School on Lawton Street to allow west side residents to give feedback on a plan to enact pedestrian safety measures along the Lower Great Highway.
