The Blood Centers of the Pacific set up one of its mobile bloodmobiles in front of the Y,
which is located at 360 18th Ave., to extract the life-saving fluids. Participants and
volunteers were feted inside the Y with gourmet pasta and other treats. The pasta was
whipped up by Ray Pesce, a member of the Cloverdale Lions Club.
