Each one reflects a simple principle: People deserve a government that works as hard for them as they do for their families.

Westside RV Residents Grapple With SF’s New Plan
This July, after first winning approval from the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), the SF Board of Supervisors, by a 9-to-2 majority, approved a plan by Mayor Daniel Lurie that makes it illegal to park recreational vehicles (RVs) and other oversized vehicles on city streets for more than two hours. Violators are subject to tickets, fines and towing charges.
Rent Controlled Housing Threatened By Rezoning
As many as 20,700 units of rent-controlled housing could be demolished if San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie’s upzoning plan is passed in its current form, although District 1 Supervisor Connie Chan introduced an amendment to completely exclude them.

Much of the Sunset is already compact, with row houses shoulder-to-shoulder that would look like urban blocks in most towns. You can’t simply stack more stories on soft sand and limited parking and call it progress.

There seems to be an almost numbing to the seemingly new ways with which our constitutional liberties are being breached. The tools by which these are enacted at the federal level are happening across all three branches, not just the executive, like many wish to believe.
